Your role

You will probably work in cross functional teams in an agile environment. The more experienced you are, the more you will get an opportunity to share your knowledge and help our customers implement processes and methodologies.

We are looking for you who have an open personality with great interest in working with the latest technologies and tools. Large, complex products with thousands of lines of code, test driven development, pair programming and continuous integration are all familiar to you.

In the Borlänge area, we have several customer projects that you can work for and our ambition is always that you choose your next assignment.
Your profile

- You have a BSc or MSc in Computer Science or equivalent
- You are passionate about software engineering and have at least 2 years of experience working with C or C++, preferably working with or developing for Linux.
- You have a good understanding of network protocols (Ethernet, TCP/IP or similar).
- You have experience from working with Scrum, Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment.
- You are a good communicator in English. Swedish is meritorious.
- Experience from the energy industry is very much appreciated.

I Dalarna har vi en position av långsiktig partner till flera av våra kunder med ett stort förtroende att förvalta. Vi blandar vår lokala uppdrag för mellanstora och stora kunder med internationella projekt och åtaganden, vilket ger en bra förutsättning för personlig utveckling. För att lyckas i detta arbete värdesätter vi ödmjukhet, kompetens samt kommunikativ förmåga att bygga broar och skapa framdrift. Du kommer vara en del av vårt duktiga team av Projektledare och Managementkonsulter där samarbetet inom gruppen ofta är något som ofta lyfts fram som mycket positivt.

Vi ser gärna att du har en generell bredd inom projektledning eller transformationsprojekt samt större tyngdpunkt på antingen Verksamhet eller IT. Flera av våra konsulter har också erfarenhet från linje- eller chefsroller och ser konsultyrket som en väg till större variation och utmaning.

Din profil

Vi arbetar alltid nära våra kunder och dina uppdrag kan komma att variera över tid, till exempel i en mix av lokala och internationella uppdrag. För denna roll ser vi gärna att du har följande:

- Relevant högskole- eller civilingenjörsexamen
- Professionell erfarenhet av Uppdrags-, Projekt- eller Programledning
- Dokumenterad erfarenhet inom metodik och styrmodeller
- Strukturerad personlighet och kommunikativ förmåga
- Förmåga att leda människor och skapa samsyn
- Behärskar svenska (tillräckligt bra) och engelska (för internationellt arbete)
- Meriterande: Tidigare konsulterfarenhet, koordinerande roller eller chefsroller
